How To Prevent Piles Or Hemorrhoids From Coming Back

The term piles is not used often these days but it refers to what we more often use the medical term hemorrhoids for. In medical terms piles or hemorrhoids are dilation of rectal veins in the anal canal. Veins have thin walls that are relatively weak. Back pressure with in the veins make them bulge out like balloons.

There are numerous steps you can do to help to get rid of piles. The first is to take a look at your diet. Are you eating enough fruit and veg, wholemeal breads and pastas? If your stools are hard and bulky then the answer is, probably not. Try to add a glass of fruit juice at breakfast, jacket potato (making sure to eat the skin) instead of chips for lunch and a banana instead of fries for snacks. Make sure you up your level of fluids as well, dehydration is a major factor of constipation and hard stools.
 

 


Atomizing Hemorrhoids - The atomizer procedure is a new and basically it vaporizes the pile one cell layer at a time. It has similar results as laser surgery but it has been reported that there is less bleeding.

Ice packs - Ice packs are great for reducing swelling, and pain from piles. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get fast relief with an ice pack. An ice pack will numb the area and will reduce hemorrhoids swelling.

In more severe cases the puffed up veins can emerge outside the anus and be visible to the human eye. This is usually known as piles (or prolapse) because it's when you become distressingly aware you have a problem.

 

 



To find relief try putting an ice pack to the skin; this will help with the inflammation. Also, you can try bathing the area very gently with a diluted mixture of warm water and witch hazel. Lastly, you can sit in a warm bath daily; this seems to help immensely and is very calming.

4) Protruding bunch of muscles / skin - With more info external piles the swelling can be felt around the anal opening. In the case of internal piles, they might not be felt at the beginning. When the disease worsens, the internal piles will exit during bowel movement and will go retreat back inside once you have finished. As the condition worsens, the protruded internal piles will not retreat back in to the anus.
